Glasshalfull has partnered with The Cheese Shop, who will operate in our retail space Wednesday through Saturday.

Launched in 2022, by husband and wife team, Stevie & Michelle Webb, The Cheese Shop specializes in curating a broad collection of cut-to-order cheese, meats, and provisions from farmstead, artisanal and small batch producers. Stevie and Michelle are dedicated to supporting the rich traditions and legacies of cheesemaking and its tangential maker industries, from jams to conservas, chocolate to charcuterie.
