Old World Wine Tasting: August 17
Saturday, August 17th: 2:00 – 4:00pm
At this weekend’s tasting on Saturday, August 17th, we take a deep dive into Old World wines with local wine specialist, Michael Maller, of Orsini Wines. What counts as an Old World wine? Wines from Europe, Northern Africa, and the Near East all make up the Old World, basically the regions around the Mediterranean. However, our focus this weekend will be strictly be European. Michael will guide us through eight wines discussing flavor profiles, regions and the stories that make these wineries unique.
