Join us for a special wine dinner on Wednesday, August 19th with Mandie Silver, the National Sales Manager at Bodegas Valdemar. Bodegas Valdemar has been producing wine for over 130 years in arguably one of Spain’s most famous wine regions, Rioja. Now run by fifth generation siblings, Ana & Jesús Martínez Bujanda, the winery has maintained it’s pioneering spirit, love of the land, and passion for making great wines.

During this three course wine dinner, prepared by our new Chef, Josh Crawford, we will compare two wines per course, digging into the differences of winemaking, varietals, oak treatment, and more. Mandi will guide us the whole way. We will even get to taste a wine made from a varietal many thought was extinct.
